Know Jesus? Want to be introduced?

W hy would you want to meet Him? Because He wants to meet you so badly, and because He's the only way to spend eternity in Heaven! We can meet Him by going down what's known as the Roman's Road, its in His book, the Bible!
  1. Our first stop is at Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
    This tells all of us, you and me included, that not a single person in the world is perfect, which is what is required to get into Heaven and God's presence. Sorry, you just can't do it...
     
  2. The next stop is at Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
    God created us because He wants to be with us; "for you have created all things, and for your pleasure they are and were created." (Revelation 4:11). God doesn't need you or me, He WANTS you and me! But because of our sin (anything we do, think, or say that is outside of what God want's for us is a sin) we can't stand in the presence of the perfect God.
     
  3. Third stop along the road, Romans 5:8 - But God showed His love to us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
    Since God wants us to be with Him so much, and since we could never be perfect enough, He sent His son, Christ, who was and is perfect enough, to pay the price for our sin... He died!
     
  4. Almost there, stop four! Romans 10:9-10 - If you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved from the punishment of sin. When we believe in our hearts, we are made right with God. We tell with our mouth how we were saved from the punishment of sin.
    All that we have to do to have all of our sins taken away, to be able to stand in front of God, is to accept what Christ did for us! Simply believe and confess that Jesus Christ, the perfect, sinless son of God, died for you, and that God raised Him back from the dead after He paid the price of your sin. No matter how bad you have been, there is nothing you could have done that Christ's death isn't enough to pay for. God want's you back, just as you are now, and that's why He sent Christ for you!
     
  5. We're here! Romans 10:13 - For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved from the punishment of sin.
    Here is my best friend, Jesus Christ! He's my best friend because He has done so much for me. I sure hope you will accept Him as your best friend and let Him save your eternal life too! Just pray and admit to God the simple fact that you know you have sinned and can't be as perfect as Him, that you believe that He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to pay the price for your sins, and that you want to ask for forgivness for them and accept His gift of Christ's death and resurection and payment for your sins: Dear Jesus, Please forgive me of my sins. I trust in you today, JESUS, and only You, to take me to HEAVEN when I die. Thank you for saving me. Amen.
